Tours & Reservations

Why do you shear the midsection of a llama? Do goats really eat anything? What is that lotion-like stuff on lamb's wool? Can a bird dance?

These questions and many more will be answered as you tour the Second Time Around Mini Farm. Our one and a half hour guided tours are interactive and are meant to impart knowledge of the incredible creatures that inhabit the farm, as well as understanding of the traits and behavior that make them special. We have over 13 acres to explore, including: llamas, sheep, donkeys, goats, pot-bellied pigs, rabbits and even a peacock!

Tour Highlights:

  • A show from “Mo,” our Scarlet Macaw
  • Hand feeding the pot-bellied pigs and goats
  • A visit from “King Louis,” the “King” of our Baby Doll Sheep
  • A demonstration of the various uses and techniques used with sheep and llama wool
  • A walk into the fields where you will “rub noses” with some of our award winning llamas
  • Learn what makes the Miniature Bethlehem Donkey so unique (a hint, it's on their back)
  • Much, much more...
